A Family Business with a Passion for Jam

Jean’s Jams has been proudly family-owned for over 20 years. What began in Jean’s kitchen with a love of honest, homemade preserves has grown into a small, dedicated team still committed to doing things the proper way.

While Jean is now happily retired, her name and approach live on — rooted in tradition, packed with flavour, and made with care.

Crafted by Hand, Not by Factory

We believe jam should taste like real fruit — not fillers, flavourings, or over-processed sugar. That’s why every jar is handmade in small batches using open-pan methods that allow the natural ingredients to shine.

We don’t cut corners or compromise on quality. Every batch is cooked with the same care you'd give in your own kitchen — just with a few more jars at the end of the day!

More Fruit, More Flavour

Our recipes are all classified as 'extra jam' — meaning they legally must contain at least 45% fruit. But we don’t stop there. Many of our jams are made with up to 70% fruit, giving a richer, more intense flavour that sets us apart from mass-produced alternatives.
